Refund & Return Policy

At Birdienook, every product is made to order with care, just for you. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection.

However, we've got you covered if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • There is a production error on our part

In any of these cases, please contact us at contact@birdienook.com with Order Number and Photos within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free reprint or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Please note:

  • Refund or reprint requests made after 14 days of delivery may not be accepted.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
  • Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
